    Disappointed

    I used this on my natural dark brown (nearly black) hair and it barely made a difference. I have long hair and used 2 boxes but it only made my hair maybe a half a shade (if even) lighter. Nowhere near the color advertised on the box. Waste of money.

    No longer the same

    I have been using BR3 color for years, absolutely love it BUT as of lately something is wrong. I'm pretty certain the color dye has changed. It's alot lighter, not covering my grays & washes out within a couple weeks & I don't even wash my hair everyday. I noticed it the last time I used it, some grays weren't covered, figured it might have been me. I just dyed my hair again, & nope HUGE difference. I naturally have dark brown hair, tell me why my roots are lighter. So frustrated because it's my bday this wknd & now I'm going to have messed up hair.

    Do not buy if you want PURPLE

    Do not buy or use if you want a genuine purple like shown on the box. It's like there was ZERO blue added to this color formulation. I thought it looked funny when the bottle was looking pretty orange but I trusted the process because the bottle can sometimes look different than the completed hair, But no, just straight up red hair.

    Lesson learned the hard way.

    Just like most everyone else on here I should have came here first. This was NOT purple it was RED!!! Horrible disappointment since I leave for my trip before I can fix it. The color on the box was exactly what I was wanting but unfortunately it missed the mark.

    To Dark

    It comes out dark black not a bkue black at all. I ended up looking like wedneaday adams from the animated kids movies.

    New formula is a disaster.

    Whatever you did to change the formula, please please change it back. The new formula is awful. Too thick it dries on my hair and the color is now an orangey red instead of a true red. I'm going to have to find a new brand.

    I feel scammed

    I should've read the reviews first, and that's on me. But this is not purple or violet. This is straight up maroon at best. It's like a pinky red color. Which is not violet and also not the picture on the box. Would not do again
