have used #600 for the last 5 or so years, loved the color. Seems like with your box change so did the color. it's much more red now. Not liking it at all. Just used the new formula—buyer beware
This new formula turned my roots copper. Why do you keep screwing with a formula that worked perfectly? I've used this for years without one problem. Beautiful deep dark neutral brown
400 Sweet Pecan is my favorite color EVER. Please don't discontinue it. It's a nice, deep, neutral dark brown and leaves my hair super shiny and healthy. Covers grays well but you need to leave on gray "new" growth longer than directions suggest, at least 45 minutes to completely set color or it will fade and not color grays. Then pull through the rest of your hair for another 10.
