You messed up…again.
You guys have an uncanny knack for taking a great product and killing it. This was my favorite conditioner for years! You made a change to the formula a few years ago that made the product slightly less effective for detangling, but I was still on board. This latest change with the new recycled bottle is ridiculous though. It smells bad…like chemicals. I don’t know if it’s the new bottle or the formula, but there is no way, with all the choices out there, that people will choose to smell like this. I bought a second bottle to be sure and it absolutely smells awful. You messed up the gel curl spray awhile back too. Another product I was a huge fan of. Get your quality control team together!
