I've been working out consistently for over a year now, circuit training several times a week and this is my favorite way to rehydrate. The taste isn't too sweet, and tastes just a bit salty. It’s basically like a reward
My favorite flavor when I have a sweet tooth craving. Love these when I’m on the go, especially in the warmer months of the year. The packaging makes it easy to drink and the ingredients help with hydration. After a hard night!
I tried Gatorade Gatorlyte after a rough night, and it’s a game-changer! Get product
I have a health condition that requires me to drink extra electrolytes. I like these because they do have a little sugar which you need to rehydrate, but not a lot. Way less than a regular Gatorade. They don’t taste too strong and don’t upset my stomach. I have memories of the first time I used this product. I was dehydrated and I had to go see the nurse in middle school She had Gatorade in her mini refrigerator and she gave me a bottle and I drank it all and I was like what is this miracle drink.
