Perfect for hot climates and sweaty workouts! I drank this on day trips in Mexico and it kept me hydrated. Helps hydration
I tried this drink while I was sick and it did taste like Gatorade but combined with pedialyte. It works but tastes weird at first
Honestly it tastes like adult Pedialyte but I do feel better after drinking it, so there's that lol.
