    It didn't do better than tums

    I took about the same amount of not more than when I bought the store brand version of tums and tums, rolaids are good

    Gelusil works well

    We used it since my child had a lot of nausea and vomiting and it helped subside the symptoms so we could hold off visiting the ER in the night . It was safe and effective and a great help.
