As expected

I actually use one of the cups and made it into pancakes for my little one. It is nutritious enough to give it to him as a meal or a snack and he gobbles it up so quickly. Love this for a quick meal or snack. We do prefer the Gerber over some other brands when it comes to fruits and veggies as they have a better taste and seem to sit better with the baby.
