Not sure whats happened to the quality of razor? I could go a month without having to switch. But since I bought this refill beginning of year. Not as good
I used to get at least three weeks of shaving out of one Gillette blade. These days if I get ten days I'm lucky The current Gillette blades do not last. Misleading advertising
I was confused about the description. So I called and spoke to someone to make sure I understood correctly. On the website it says, “ SANDALWOOD SHAVE SOAP W/ BOWL”. It also Says, “ free refill included”. The person on the phone assured me that I would get the soap and the bowl plus a free refill. I didn’t get an additional free refill just the soap in the bowl. I think that advertising is very misleading. Smoothest, Closest Shave, Ever.
Before he passed away, I got a belly laugh out of a good buddy of mine when I announced in a gathering of friends, that I thought of him whenever I was standing naked in front of a mirror. I then went on to thank him for introducing me to ProGlide razors, which produce, I still maintain, the closest, smoothest, shave I've ever had. Ben died before the pandemic, but I'm still shaving with and loving the ProGlide razor he recommended. I even used it for the months I sported the bald look over the less-complimentary thinning-hair style, and NEVER ONCE nicked my scalp. (I only reverted because it took more time to get out of the shower every day and my sense of vanity at 63 had greatly diminished.)
