I've been using these blades for years. I liked them because they were the smallest and most minimal of the Venus line (slightly less plastic), and they worked great. I recently reordered some and noticed the blade design slightly changed (there's a little metal strip on either side holding in the blades). I wouldn't care about that, except these new ones don't feel as smooth. I got terrible razor burn even though I didn't do anything else different. Blade does not last long

While we're sure you're doing this already, use a pre-save and warm water to soften the hairs. This makes them easier to remove and prevents less wear and tear on your blades. Great Razor
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Gillette Venus Smooth Women's Razor offers a close shave, leaving the skin smooth and hair-free.
