I love this product but will discontinue buying because the sprayer never stays working longer than 3-4 months. Sprayer stopped working

Stops working in a month
I bought the Automatic spray holder for the fall. It worked for a month. It stopped working a few days after changing to a new scent. New batteries, changing time setting and changing cans of different scents and nothing will work. How do you open the holder
I just bought a 3 pack with spray holder. I can’t open it, you designed them to press on both sides, I have arthritis, which makes it very hard for me to try and do that. So now I’m sitting with three cans of the spray and can’t open the holder for them to spray. The previous ones you made had a button you could just push unfortunately they got old and that’s why I got a new one. Keep white top on refill, works great
When using this product, a white cap falls off your refill. This is your sprayer, keep this on the refill for system to work. Device will not open
Just like many other reviews that I am seeing now that I have the product it’s difficult to open. There are no instructions on the box and you have to dig into the website to find the instructions so I guess this was a waste of money because I can’t use it.Reply from - Megan3 months agoWe’re sorry to hear this, Kerrie! Simply press both sides inward at the same time, and the unit should pop open easily so you can get back to filling your home with that wonderful, authentic fragrance. Great product
I love the automatic spray makes my bathroom smells great. Only downside is side is having issues with the refills seem to stop working when I change it. Quit working
I purchased and use a lot of the automatic sprayers. However I have become very unhappy with them. After a few uses and replacing sprays. The sprayer itself quits. Thary are way to expensive to continue replacing that often. I have anywhere from 12 to 15 going because I run a group home with 16 males so they keep the home smelling great but the longevity of the sprayer is disappointing.Reply from - Megan4 months agoWe’re sorry to hear about your experience.
