    I don’t think so is good for people with diabetic

    I have diabetes too, and my doctor recommended these shakes because they’re recommended for people with diabetes. However, there are two types. One has less sugar, 3 g, and I believe the other has 4 g. I tried it, and it’s honestly too sweet. The one with 4 g of sugar is very sweet, but the one with less sugar is not bad. The taste is OK, but after I drink this, I don’t recommend it for people with diabetes. It might be very sweet. I’m not sure it also has alcohol sugar that could be causing the extra sugar.

    Good product

    Keep more of the vanilla flavor of the big bottle It is just 1 pack of chocolate flavor left on the shelf for couple of months. But on December 6, 2025 I purchased it and two packs of the small bottle for a friend.
