As someone who struggles either severe eczema and dry skin, this cream does wonders for me! A small amount goes a long way with hydrating my hands immediately. This stuff works wonders. I get eczema so bad on my hands that it leaves tiny cuts that sting so bad. I put this on and the burning sensation and dryness on my hands goes away.
