[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have other products in this line that I love but this hair mask just did not work for me. The packaging was not convenient to use for multiple uses. I ended up throwing it away before using all of it because it just kept falling down on my shower shelf and spilling. It changed the texture of my hair a lot and not in a good way. It made my hair feel crunchy but also look greasy at the same time. The consistency was like that of conditioner or lotion and it was lightly scented not overwhelming. Great for scalp irritation
