Fleet Laxatives

Fleet laxatives come in many forms, from Pedia-Lax chewable tablets and liquid glycerin suppositories for children to Fleet laxative suppositories and enemas for adults.  

Fleet suppository laxatives help relieve constipation by drawing water into your stool, thereby assisting with bowel movements. 

A Fleet saline enema helps provide constipation relief by inserting water directly into the intestine, helping to hydrate and soften your stool, which results in a bowel movement. Fleet mineral oil enemas use 100% mineral oil to lubricate and soften stool. 

In Fleet laxative pills, magnesium hydroxide is the active ingredient, and it helps provide gentle, stimulant-free relief from constipation. 

One Fleet suppository daily is recommended for relief of most constipation symptoms, but check the package for specific instructions, and consult with your doctor before taking new medications. The suppository should be inserted as deeply as possible into the rectum and allowed to dissolve. Fleet glycerin suppositories aren't intended to dissolve fully to be effective, so you may observe a piece of it left in your next bowel movement, which is normal.
