The product we received has small chunks that makes you think your child has bumps when applying. Tried shaking but no difference. Haven't noticed anything special about this product compared to our standard ointments. It's fine but don't find anything unique about it.

This is hands down THE best diaper rash cream on the market. I've tried so many others and this is the only one that has prevented diaper rash on my kids from the first day we started using it. I love that it's free from petroleum and other controversial ingredients and the price point can't be beat!
