It's light weight, smells great, and keeps my scalp feeling moisturized and clean. It has eliminated the itching and I haven't experienced any flakes since the first week of use. Works great!

Within a few uses I had very little dandruff and it has been much more effective than other brands! Works great

It leaves it feeling soft and moisturized. I was skeptical at first but it helps my dandruff and dry itchy scalp. Great shampoo for my bald head

The smell is great. The quality is great and it seems to be working after a couple weeks. Worked good on dandruff
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We got this Hims anti-dandruff shampoo called dandruff detox for our teenage son to try. He has a very dry scalp and a lot of flaking in his hair. This Hims anti-dandruff shampoo is the evergreen mint scent. This scent is a basic scent for an anti-dandruff shampoo. My son didn't like the smell of it at all. This shampoo contains 1% pyrithione zinc to treat dandruff at the source and also contains salicylic acid to remove buildup. This Hims shampoo is also vegan and cruelty free. It is free of sulfates, parabens, and phthalates and is also a dye-free formula. My son wet his hair and massaged the shampoo in his hair like the bottle directed. It didn't have a thick enough lather that my son prefers. It was more of a thick lotion than a shampoo. And he said it tingled quite a bit. It did have a lot of bubbles while rinsing and the scent was quite strong. But he also had some trouble rising it out. He felt like it was still just coated on his hair. He did use this for over 2 weeks on his hair, and he did feel that it helped his dandruff a lot. So it did work well. Overall, we do recommend this Hims anti-dandruff shampoo. It just wasn't my son's favorite, since he didn't prefer the texture of the shampoo itself, or the scent. It works

There really is no smell to it, so if you want to come out of the shower smelling nice you may need to combine it with another shampoo with a fragrance.
