Perfect travel companion
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This little roller ball is the perfect size to toss in my overnight bag or carryon to take with me on my travels. I generally do a lot of walking when i travel and this is so nice to have to spot treat any soreness i may experience. Great relief

You have the option of using it on your skin room temperature or taking the top part off and putting the ball in the freezer to add more relief when you are using the product. This roller ball is easy to take apart and clean. I am not a sporty person nor do I suffer from chronic pains, but I have used this upon experiencing soreness following my workouts. I do think that this product helps with short-term soreness and I enjoy the cooling effect it has. I have tested this from the freezer, fridge, and room temperature. I think the fridge is my favorite as it retained its cooling effect longer. The freezer was much too cold for my liking. The product is also compact and easy to store. Surprisinglyeffective

I figuredthe cold of the massager would be rough.on.the skin. It wasn't. It actuallyfelt really good, especiallyon the muscles around my neck and shoulder. It helped relieve the tension in those areas. The size of the ball.surface is a great size. It didn't bother me that it was ice cold either. It stayed cold for at least a couple hours, I was really surprised that it retained the cold so well.
