There are pros and cons to this humidifier. There is a blue light that that is on when the unit is turned on. You cannot turn this off. It is so bright it lights up the entire room. This is great if you need a night light, but I don't. I have three layers of painter's tape covering the blue light and it still shines through. I am thinking of cutting up a washcloth and placing it over the blue light. On low, the mist output is quiet. It gets louder at the second setting and the bubbling is even louder on the third. If you are sensitive to light and sound when you sleep, this may not be the humidifier for you. On the other hand, the mist output is great. The humidifier is low profile, but wide. I cannot comment on the colors you can choose for the base as I turn them off. I will probably keep it as I got it for free. Not incentivized, but with store coupons. It would be perfect if not for the blue light. I’m a Texas transplant in NYC so the winter was brutal on my skin and nose. Since using this, my nose is no longer dry and my skin finally isn’t flaking. It always provides the lowest level of white noise. I love how sleek it look on our bedside table. Keeps your air from being too dry
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a perfect tabletop humidifier . You can direct the steam to your liking. Its very quiet & has 7 colors for a relaxing ambiance. A great safety feature is that it shuts off when the tank is out if water. I love the pad (you get 3) in the cute little drawer that you can add essential oils to for an even better experience . It protects from mold & mildew as well. You can turn the night light off if you wish. It really pushes out the steam on the 3rd setting. I'm impressed . Reduces dry air and hydrates skin

Great quality humidifier

Couldn't ask better for the price

I have tried many humidifiers and found this one very quiet during the night. The design of the humidifier was very easy to clean better than the old ones. If I need to purchase another, I will definitely get another because you really can't beat the price. Wonderful Filterless Humidifier!
