It's my go to when I want a quick hearty breakfast that will fill me up and hold me over to lunch. You know it's a great cereal when young kids are begging and asking for it over all the choices of the sugar filled kid cereals! The texture is perfect too because you have the flakes that soften in milk but still has that great crunch with the honey roasted oat clusters. Always have a box in your house.

Amazing taste that doesn't give me the quick sugar rush, It gives me long lasting nutrition through out my morning. It contains whole grains, fiber, and vitamins, which can provide energy for the day. . I love the oat clusters and the crispy cereal pieces inside. Containing 14g of whole grains, 10 essential vitamins and minerals, plus it's low in fat, this cereal is wholesome goodness.
