Quickly and easily warm in the microwave to use for dry eyes or keep in the freezer between uses to help relax and unwind. The Huggaroo Gem provides quick and fast relief and has a removable cover that is machine washable for easy cleaning.

Optimal heating is unique for your microwave. Place the hot insert on a clean, dry plate and microwave on high for 20 seconds the very first time. If extra warmth is desired, gradually increase the heating time by 20 seconds to a max heating time of 60 seconds. This product should be used warm, not hot. Cool to room temperature between heating cycles.
For cold therapy, chill the gel insert in the freezer for at least 4 hours prior to use.
