I take it 30 minutes before eating my largest too meals of the day (breakfast and lunch). [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this daily for 15 days. 2 capsules just before two separate bigger meals. (4 per day). I love the feeling of the capsaicin, without the burn. Meaning no stomach cramps or GI evidence of eating something hot, but all over body warmth. The caffeine kick is not noticeable for me, uplifted, not jittery. Which is a plus. Plateau help, but NOT A MAGIC PILL
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Been taking for about 3 weeks now, and it's not a bad product. It's not just taking the pills to see results, you have to continue to workout and of course keep up with healthy eating. As far as dosage, it's 2 pills per serving, twice a day. So a total of 4 pills, about 30-45 min before your two main meals. This part is kind of difficult for me to do, since some days, I don't get to eating meals at the same time, especially at work. Overall, with continued use, I could see some loss, but that could be a combination of the working out and eating well. I think to actually see and consider results, you would need to take this for longer than one bottle. Fun and exciting

Best Hydroxycut so Far!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I decided to get this product because I really wanted to lose some weight after my vacation and look good for summer. Well this product has definitely got me back on track. My experience in taking this product has been so far positive. I was little nervous taking fat burners since they used to hurt my stomach and make me super jittery. This product has done the opposite in not hurting my stomach and making jittery. It feels that this product has quality ingredients since it made me feel good and focus while working out. Ive onky been taking 1 serving in the morning to ease into it. This product has definitely help me manage my weight and I can start to see more definition on my arms and legs. I do workout 5 days a week for at least an hour. I wish I knew about this product in advance instead having to go through the troubke of taking other stuff.
