[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Capsules are easy to swallow and it's is non-stim so no weird affects. As long as you're consistent with takeing it like it recommends i feel like it will work. I normally only take it with big meals and i can't lie I've forgotten a couple.

It definitely helped me reach a certain target I was trying to maintain for a few weeks. Can definitely recommend especially if you're not looking for that extra energy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this product for 2 weeks. I am trying to loose 24 pounds. I found this easy to take, and had no side effects. But i only lost 1lb while taking it. I prefer a weight loss aid that contains stimulants, such as caffeine from coffee or green tea. I like the energy that the stimulant provides. This formula would be great for someone that needs to avoid stimulants due to certain health conditions.

These Hydroxycut non stimulant supplements are an excellent choice when you just don't need that extra rush. They seem to perform very well at helping to process carbs and still give you the necessary added vitamins that your body needs. A well rounded supplement.
