This is NOT your father's ICY HOT!!
This is not your father's icy hot. Check the ingredients and you will find that they have more of the pain relieving ingredients than regular icy hot. Great for sore muscles and cramps.
I've used Icy Hot for years. It's very effective and not greasy like Ben Gay, and other similar products. I also prefer this because it has an applicator so it's not on your hands. I once used an other product that had to be applied by hand, then later rubbed my eyes. Pain Relief
I've been using Blue-Emu that I purchased at CVS. Recently I purchased IcyHot from CVS. I'm now using both products alternately. They both provide pain relief. I recommend both. I like the message adapter on the IcyHot. Messaging the mussels by hand with Blue-Emu works as well. I play a lot of golf and these two products work extremely well. They have different ingredients. Actually, I'm going to CVS today to see if they have yet another product like these with different ingredients.
