I purchased Icy Hot Pro aerosol Dry Spray for my knee osteoarthritis and bone on bone pain. It helps to relieve my pain instantly. I’m guessing because of the camphor ingredient . The spray makes it very easy to use. It drys quickly, not like the creams. It’s very convenient and effective. I’m able to finally sleep for longer periods than I have been. It works like magic. There is a smell, but I don’t care because the relief outweighs the smell. I recommend you purchase this if you’re having pain. Icy Hot is very good for muscle relief
Seen the commercial for Icy Hot Spray for quick muscle relief and it prove itself after my assault bake 1 hour long workout. Rode 22 miles and felt some tightning, with stretching and Icy Hot, the muscle soreness was gone.
