1-YEAR MANUFACTURER WARRANTY
InnerScope Hearing Technologies, Inc. (the "Manufacturer") warrants all iHEAR OTC hearing aids, including charging units, for a period of one year from the date of purchase (the "Manufacturer's Warranty"). This one-year Manufacturer's Warranty covers defects in workmanship and materials as well as repairs due to the function that occurs during the normal use of the OTC hearing aid(s) (excluding general wear and tear of the hearing aid(s) or receiver tubes or any cleaning or related accessories). If determined that the hearing aid(s) is faulty due to parts, materials, or workmanship, it will be repaired or replaced under this warranty at no cost. The Manufacturer shall, at its sole discretion, determine if the hearing aid(s) is covered under the Manufacturer's Warranty. Return shipping for repair or replacement under this Manufacturer's Warranty is the customer's responsibility. This one-year Manufacturer's Warranty does not apply to the hearing aid(s) that have been damaged or abused, intentionally or unintentionally, and it does not cover the loss or stolen of the hearing aid(s). Tampering with and/or altering the hearing aid(s) will void this Manufacturer's Warranty. The Manufacturer's Warranty does not cover if the hearing aid(s) are damaged due to customers' misuse, including moisture or water damage, not working due to excessive earwax to include earwax in the receiver, or neglect of proper cleaning and maintenance.   Connect to what you want to hear, and when you want to hear it and how you want to hear it!
