The last three bottles of this product were impossible to use with the provided pump. The pump was stuck down and needed to be broken in order to provide any soap. I, luckily had a spent bottle in my trash can and used the functioning pump from it in the new units after struggling to unscrew the pump from the old ones. Sometimes the classics are the best products, and that's the case with this body wash. It's a great, long lasting scent, and gets you clean.
