so so so so dry

Just ok
I like the design and the applicatir/tip. The eye liner itself isn't terrible,but it's nothing special either. It goes on well with the first application but it flakes/smudges/wipes off if you need to go back in to fill gaps or darken a certain area. It's definitely not waterproof and will come off if your eye waters even slightly, which mine tend to do.
