[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used the K-Y duration gel with success and I would recommend it to others. I do not necessarily have a need for the product so I was concerned with losing feel, or even worse, losing hardness. That was not a problem because the gel allows easy control of dosage. For me very small amount was satisfactory. The second concern was my partner losing feel which does not seem like a problem either. The only reason for less than perfect score is the time I needed to adjust to the product. The perfect amount may differ for each individual. Also, you definitely need to apply it at least 5 minutes before and clean. These are not shortcomings of the product but the nature of all de-sensitizers. Nevertheless, you need to try a few times for perfect results. There was no irritation whatsoever.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] hands down the spray is better than the gel. The spray numbs more and faster. Not to say the gel doesn't work but if you want a more intense numb, use the spray… follow recommendations of waiting 15-30 minutes to prevent numbness in your partner too

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a really awesome gel that genuinely does what it's supposed to do. My husband said that it worked really well for him and he could definitely notice a difference I'm not able to say much on it except for I also noticed there were some desensitizing achievements made LOL

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this for my husband, it worked like a charm. No sticky sensation from the liquid at all and work just as long as I needed it to. Also, there was no need to reapply. It lasted a whole time! I little them more pricier than others in the KY family but totally worth it.
