Just not the same...
Is it cereal? Yes. It is chocolately? Somewhat. Is it Kellogg's Cocoa Krispies?? NO WAY!! This has such an odd flavor- it's darker in color but tastes nothing like chocolate and nothing like the Kellogg's Cocoa Krispies I grew up loving. I used to buy them but since the recipe changed- I really can't bring myself to eat them. I tried but I did not enjoy them and my husband wouldn't even eat them after the first taste. Please bring back the original recipe!! These taste like chocolate flavored cardboard :(0 users found this review helpful.Originally posted on wkkellogg.com - veronicaz1bb2_4406Reviewed 4 weeks ago
Yummy!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm a chocolate addict. So of course I'm going to LOVE this cereal. Cocoa krispies has always been one of my fave cereals. So if you love chocolate and the sound of your cereal popping then you need to get this. At my place there's always some cocoa krispies lol0 users found this review helpful.Originally posted on influenster.com - meghanp46_2240Reviewed 4 weeks ago
Great
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My son loves these. They stay crunchy in milk, but you get a good chocolate flavor in the milk as well. Stayed fresh. Good serving size and not super high in sugar0 users found this review helpful.Originally posted on influenster.com - KileeReviewed 4 weeks ago
Basically Cocoa Pebbles Now
First yall got rid of the purple box rice crispie cereal, now yall have gone and changed the recipe for cocoa crispies to where it is IDENTICAL to cocoa pebbles. I hate it. Haven't seen a single good review about it either. I was so appalled that I had to come write a review.0 users found this review helpful.Originally posted on wkkellogg.com - AfterSixtyFiveYearsReviewed 4 weeks ago
It's confirmed, we are in the Bad Place
The one thing in life that used to bring me comfort no longer exists. I thought I was being finicky or got a bad batch when I decided to ask Google why my favorite cereal tastes funny. It replied: Yes, Kellogg's has reformulated Cocoa Krispies and removed the real semi-sweet chocolate that was in the cereal for 65 years. Instead, the new recipe now contains "artificial flavor". Many consumers have expressed dissatisfaction with the change, finding the new version less chocolatey and tasting different. I am one of them. After 65 years? Look at ingredients before considering
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product as complementary for an honest review. To be honest, this is ok cereal. I saw few ingredients that I chose not to feed my family members. Taste is ok but it leaves after taste in your mouth. I would rather spend ew extra money and buy organic chocolate cereal.0 users found this review helpful.Originally posted on influenster.com - naimahb2_704Reviewed 1 month ago
Yummy in the tummy
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My son is a very picky kid when it comes to food, but he LOVES this cereal! The packaging being close to the original Rice Krispies box helps him recognize it as related to,his favorite treat-,Rice Krispy Treats. The small cereal size is perfect for hi, and he loves the way the cereal makes his milk chocolate milk! The content is still very high in sugar, so he doesn't have it every day.0 users found this review helpful.Originally posted on influenster.com - Sí, recomiendoDog ManReviewed 1 month ago
