I used this with the matching conditioner and didn't feel like either were too heavy on my fine hair! I also felt like my hair appeared fuller after using both products. Love how it smells

Disappointing!!! Why did they make it stinky??
Have purchased this shampoo & conditioner for years from my hairdresser. Was my favourite. She was assured the products had not changed with the new packaging. Wrong! What used to be a light fruity scent that I loved is now a strong flowery scent that I can smell on my hair. Yuck!! These will be my last bottles. It's super effective and leaves my hair feeling healthy while giving it volume. New Formula. So Upsetting.
Bought this at the BB liter sale. Thought you just rebranded the bottle but found out the formula had been changed too. It is so difficult to find a shampoo and conditioner for my hair and the previous version of this was working well for me. I only got as far as one shampoo and I just couldn't. I can't even say if it would have been good, I couldn't get past the smell. It was overwhelming and heavy. I am sensitive to harsh smells because I get migraines. The old formulas were good. I don't understand why you had to fix something that was not broken. This isn't the first time either.
