It says it's good as an eyeshadow base. I wanted an alternative to Jeffree's since I don't like to support him anymore. However this one just does not compare. You need at least two layers to get it white. And it moves around a lot, not good for a base of eyeshadow. Additionally I don't like how for submitting a review it asks your gender and only gives the option of male or female.

This product is so creamy and very buildable! The only issue I have is that the hairs come out of the applicator, but I will definitely be purchasing again!

This is an incredible true WHITE concealer. The formula is amazing, but I really don't care for the applicator. I'm more of a wand and doe foot kind of girl. It's not going to stop me from using it though, I ordered 3 more after I got this one.
