[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the way my hair looks and feels after using the product, but I have really long hair, down to my waist and it's difficult to use the bar shampoo and conditioner with the length of my hair. I have arthritis in my shoulders and it's hard to reach all of my hair to make sure I got it all. I even tried washing my hair in the sink with the bars but It's hard to get to my scalp with all this hair. Because it doesn't lather up, I can't tell where I got and what I missed.

With frizzy, thick and coarser hair, finding the correct products are extremely difficult. But this can handle!!! After washing for the 1st time I was skeptical due to the feel of it squeaking clean but when the conditioner was applied, it was so SOFT!!

Conditioners leave my hair soft and conditioned. Shampoo cleans without striping hair of natural oils.

I LOVE Kitsch more than you could ever imagine. Every product I have purchased has exceeded my expectations. I can't wait to see what is created next! Skin care line? Hair spray? ooooooooooooooooooooo! This list is imaginable! Love you ALL

Unfortunately my experience wasn't great. The shampoo was okay but the conditioner I did not like. My hair felt dry and was unruly after washing. It was so hard to get the conditioner through my hair. It took so long to apply and it still felt like nothing was in my hair. I gave my leftovers to my daughter. She purchased these as well and likes them.
