I have been taking this product for months and it does work for me. The taste is awful, but I have gotten use to just putting it into 8 oz. Bottle of water. Wonderful product but price totally out of line.
What I need without sugar or other ingredients not necessary in your diet but very pricey a at CVS. Way more than what I’m use to paying. Elevated Lead Levels in Psyllium

Finer texture is less effective
I have used Konzyl Pysllium Fiber for years with excellent results and have recommended it to friends. In my opinion it was a 5 star product until the recent texture change.
