I'm giving 3 stars for a few key reasons: The Ice Pro tape doesn't offer the same level of support as regular KT Pro tape. The cooling effect is very short-lived, not as lasting as expected. Removal is difficult - even on dry skin, it leaves behind glue residue. The tape is very sturdy

I love the cooling feeling!
