    Definitely waterproof and smudge proof

    I like these eye liners a lot, cost wise they are a good value. However, they are actually waterproof and smudge proof which is hard to find. I've bought a lot of eye liners "claiming" to be both for way more money and they were neither. These ones are what they claim!
