I have worn countless foundations over the years — luxury, drugstore, cult classics, and everything in between — and yet none have ever served me as beautifully as this one. I am 49 now, and after going through early menopause, my skin changed almost overnight from very oily to profoundly dry. With that came fine lines, texture, and all the subtle shifts that mature women quietly navigate every day. Through all of that, this foundation has been my constant. It is the only formula that truly understands my skin in its current chapter. It doesn’t settle into lines, exaggerate pores, cling to dryness, or leave that heavy, aging look that so many products do. Instead, it becomes one with the skin — natural, smoothing, radiant, and somehow still offering remarkable coverage. It strikes that rare balance mature skin desperately needs yet so few brands successfully achieve. It is, quite honestly, a masterpiece. What brought me here today was the fear that this foundation had been discontinued. My heart sank at the thought. Mature women are so often the first to lose the products that genuinely work for us, and the idea of losing this one was devastating. To anyone at L’Oréal who may read this: Please never discontinue or alter this formula. It is irreplaceable for those of us with dry, mature, post-menopausal skin — a group often overlooked despite our loyalty, experience, and purchasing power. This foundation makes us feel confident, polished, and seen. That is no small thing. There are many of us who rely on it, and many more who will as they enter this stage of life. Please keep making it exactly as it is. It is truly exceptional, and it has earned a permanent place in my routine — and in the routines of so many others. Best serum foundation on the market hands down!
This is the absolute best serum foundation for older skin. It covers without caking or settling in your fine lines or wrinkles. I have tried other a few other serum foundations and they end in the trash and I always go back to this one so now I am done this it. I have found the one above all others! Better than Armani, Lancôme, hourglass, haus labs
I’ve tried every high end foundation and nothing works as beautifully on my skin! I keep comparing everything side by side… I’m 29 and heavily care for my skin so a beautifully laying thin but good coverage foundation is wonderful. I’ve been wearing Lancome foundation but I want to save money and went online to find something comparable. L'Oreal Paris Age Perfect Radiant Serum Foundation was on several "best of" lists and when I Googled "dupes for Lancome", it was recommended. I was going to get it in Ivory as my complexion is very fair with cool undertones but it was out so I got Rose Ivory instead. It turns out the Rose Ivory is perfect and I can't believe how much better it looks on my face than the lighter shade. It is thinner than Lancome but it’s buildable. It feels really nice going on and is easy to apply. I have applied it with my fingers and with a brush. I think it looks better using a brush but using fingers was ok too. I did not detect any scent when applying it, which I really appreciate. I use a primer that contains sunscreen under my foundation. The foundation does not look cakey and doesn't appear to settle into my fine lines or wrinkles. I wish it provided a bit more coverage to cover up the sun damage. I will repurchase it the future as needed. If you're wondering, I am currently 61 years young and will be 62 in February.
