Like a Marker
Will never use this product! More like an ink marker. Does not provide detail just a smudge of undefined color. Too much ink initially.
I have very sparse brows that cover only about a third of the brow line. I have been looking for something to color my bare brow. When I used this product, the ink came out too thick. It is Not Waterproof
