This color will NOT leave your hair no matter how hard you try. I used pink and almost a year later it is still there. Do NOT use this product unless you plan on cutting off the colored hair in the future. Stains
I got the metallic pink color to dye part of my hair pink with my swim team back. This was February 21st, 2026. It's not June 12th, 2026 and there's still a lot left in my hair. It stained my hair and it's super frustrating because it doesn't even look good anymore. WOULDN'T RECOMMEND!Respuesta de L'OrealHace 1 mesHi. Great but act as a professional with a pro product

Sometimes price doesn't equal quality
So I bought 4 different brands of temporary hot pink hair dye and tested them on pieces of my hair to see which one's held the best color, and how long it stayed.. I tried manic panic, strawberry leopard, artic fox and this metallic pink colorista.. I was unbelievably surprised when this one was the winner..not only did it give the brightest result from the start, it also stayed the longest and has faded out really nicely over about 2 months and I wash my hair ethier daily or every other. I have virgin dark blonde hair that's slightly wavy and did not prelighten. Wanted to leave this review in case anyone else was looking for a super good temporary hot pink. LOVE color, PLEASE make it a permanent color!
I absolutely LOVE this color #Metallica Orchid 04. I went from being invisible to fabulous! I really, really wish you would make this color in permanent. It fades too fast. I seriously, cannot go anywhere without getting at least two compliments. I have had this coat for over 10 years and did my hair last Sept when it wasnt cold. If I had tried to match it, it would never had happened. Metallic Pink/Fuchsia is staining skin *horribly*
My hair now stains any skin it touches, even though my hair is bone dry. I've already scrubbed my head raw to get out any bits of dye that might've caused it, and I've seen no improvement with the staining. It's really weird too, since I've used this color before, and it didn't stain like this last time! Did the recipe change or something?Respuesta de L'OrealHace 4 mesesHi Anonymous! We suggest applying some oil on the stains, allow to sit for a few minutes, then gently wipe with a cotton ball/pad to remove the stains. Bleach did not pull out my brown

Hot pink and lovin' it
I used the Hot Pink Colorista Semi-Permanent and it worked just as advertised. I have light brown with a little bit of gray peppered in hair that has never been dyed. I chose to do the hot pink just to have a fun few weeks with it. I followed all the instructions and it worked exactly as I expected.
