    Love the color and look

    I really like the lipstick but there is a problem with lipstick falling out of dispenser. I've had 3 different ones that have broken off at base and fallen out! I only turn up enough to use and it comes off!

    Missing Mystic Mauve

    I love the Color Riche line but cannot find a shade that works for me since 626 Mystic Mauve was discontinued years ago. Any chance you'll ever bring it back? Or can anyone recommend a match?

    CVS INVENTORY STICKER DOESN’T COME OFF!!!

    Bought 3 lipsticks. All 3 had intense glue inventory stickers on the outside case. When I got home, I could not get these stickers to peal off!!! Okay, tried to get them off with some water & detergent. Still some glue & paper residue left behind. Okay. Got out a single-edge razor blade from my hardware box. Now I got most of the leftover glue & paper off! But also damaged the finish on all three lipstick cases. I'm taking the time to write you about this because I am a loyal CVS customer, & you need to rethink this process. I'm a former woman's magazine editor in NYC, so I ain't unsophisticated. There's no way other customers aren't having the same experience. Next time I'll order new lipsticks from Amazon.

    unable to turn to reach lipstick

    Purchased a new tube of Colour Richie #410 Volcanic. Trying to use to no avail. It will not turn…the tube turns but the lipstick does not come up. Totally unusable!! Very disappointed.

    Best Every Day Color

    This is the perfect everyday shade. I love the color. It is a neutral but gives nice even color to brighten the lips. I'm a brunette but this would work with almost any skin tone. I always receive compliments.
