The new formula SUCKS!
Why did you ruin the formula???? The new white cap formula is awful. It doesn't hold AT ALL! I've been loyal to this brand for over twenty years but after finishing my last can with the black cap, I am DONE! Not only does the new formula make my hair flat, it also burns my throat and gives me a headache!Reply from L'Oreal2 months agoHi Alice!
