Packaging SUCKS!
Love the product. HATE the packaging!!! It's difficult to get all of the conditioner out of the bottle! Not for me
I have used L'Oreal conditioners for years with success but this one is not up to par. It is thick and waxy and I can barely squeeze it out of the tube. It makes my hair feel heavy and weighed down.
