The formulation recently changed and has no where near the same benefit. The consistency is much thinner and the bottles also got smaller for the same price. Packaging SUCKS!
Love the product. HATE the packaging!!! It’s difficult to get all of the conditioner out of the bottle! Not for me
I have used L'Oreal conditioners for years with success but this one is not up to par. It is thick and waxy and I can barely squeeze it out of the tube. It makes my hair feel heavy and weighed down.
