Trying to figure out why my scalp has been so itchy lately since I haven't changed any of the hair products I use. It finally occurred to me that this could be related to the change in color (clear instead of white) of my shampoo. From reading the reviews on this site I see that it is a new formula and that it is effecting lots of users the same way. Please change it back! Terrible New Formula!!!!
I've been using this shampoo for well over a decade, never had any issues until the formula changed. The texture use to be creamy, now it's a clear sticky gel that requires twice as much product to clean your hair. Does your hairbfeel clean with the new formula? Nope. Not only is the shampoo a different texture, but whatever ingredients you switched out are causing a reaction on my scalp. My hair looks thinner, my scalp is irritated. Again, I have been using this shampoo with zero issues until you changed the formula. It's really unfortunate that you changed the formula out of nowhere, refused to announce the change, refused to put any warning on your [now poor] products, and refuse to change it back despite your customers leaving hundreds of reviews.
