It was easy to use. It was easy to rinse. She liked how hair felt after using the shampoo and conditioner. The product did exactly as advertised
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love love love the color that this gave me. It's a nice thick formula, so it wasn't derpy when I used it. The color stayed exactly where I put it. The conditioner that it came with left my hair feeling very soft. This also came with a toning shampoo which most at home coloring kits don't. Covers well.

I had to get another box to completely cover all of my hair, but that is typical.
