I'm trying to understand why Light Ash Brown turned my gray and light brown hair red. Not worth it!

Long lastung color
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy instructions for dying my hair. No irrigation and the box was eay to read and open affordable and long lasting. Not good
Very disappointed. Did nothing to cover any of my gray hair. Says 100% coverage but it barely lightened my hair and all the grays were very much there. My hair looks great!
First time using this product. I liked it! Easy to mix, easy to apply. I was worried I wouldn’t have enough with my long hair but there was plenty. I like the shampoo & conditioner included. Best of all, my hair looks great! Shiny, smooth, perfect coverage especially of my grey, and variations in how the color picked up makes it look very natural! Love the product / why discontinue a color?
