Beautiful color

I am extremely dissatisfied and angry. My hair was light brown / medium blonde, and after using L’Oréal Excellence Crème 6.1 it turned nearly black. This is completely misleading and unacceptable. The color result does not match the shade shown on the box at all. The product did exactly as advertised
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love love love the color that this gave me. It's a nice thick formula, so it wasn't derpy when I used it. The color stayed exactly where I put it. The conditioner that it came with left my hair feeling very soft. This also came with a toning shampoo which most at home coloring kits don't. I had to get another box to completely cover all of my hair, but that is typical.
