Have been using the same color for years, Champagne blonde, but this new formula turned my hair very dark! Now I will have to spend a fortune to fix this mess. Very unhappy! Excellent Product
Occasionally, iwe need to do our color ourselves. I'm no expert…but the kind folks at L'Oreal have made it fool proof! Everything is included and easy to use. The one thing missing is a good pair of gloves. Theirs are huge but they work. Included is a one time shampoo that feels great and the conditioner (which is 4-5 uses) is FABULOUS! I was going to reach out to their customer support ask where/if they sell it. One thing to take into consideration is if you do have resilient greys for heavens sake leave it on the few extra minutes! Next time I will. My hair was in better condition than before I started. Like the dye,not the conditioner anymore.
Happy with the color treatment, but I feel that your conditioner has changed, and I am super unhappy as that it's taken me 2 times of dying hair to realize that it doesn't deep condition any more hair is breaking and dry bummer I've used this product a very long time and am now considering stopping coloring my hair.0 users found this review helpful.Originally posted on lorealparisusa.com
