Formula change - darker!
Formula change? I have used Excellence for many years in the Dark Blonde shade. Applied it to my roots as usual and turned my roots medium brown! Best product for coloring hair ever!!!

Please bring the old formula back!
I began using this product in 2019, and I absolutely loved it. Good on the hair, and great color that was deep and did not fade even after months. But then at some point in 2023, it was completely different: the color barely touched my hair, and what did touch it was nowhere near the level of color it was before and it faded very quickly. What happened to my Champagne Blonde?
