Disappointed- color way off
This was my first time using L’Oréal Excellence Universal Nudes 5N Natural Brown. Unfortunately, after following the all over color directions, my medium brown now looks almost black! Way darker than the box or this shade suggests. While my hair is super soft & shiny, the color is far too dark for me or my skin tone. Complete misrepresentation of color in advertising. Color coverage
I was hoping for better quality and coverage since I was trying a new upgrade from my regular L’Oréal Preference crème box dye. Unfortunately the coverage lacked and the black or natural black color turned out way lighter than what was promoted. Please do better L’Oréal.Respuesta de L'OrealHace 1 semanaHi there! Pretty, but lighter than expected
My hair was medium blonde and I wanted to go a little darker. Got the 7N, but it made my hair even lighter. The color is really pretty, though. Love the amount of conditioner. One box was enough for my hair, even if it had been longer. Didn't smell bad or burn. Way too dark and flat
This is my first time using L’Oréal Excellence Universal Nudes 5N. I usually use Garnier Nutrisse Naural Brown 50. My hair was getting too red with this product. I liked that the L’Oréal product did not have amonia. Unfortunately, after following the instructions, my hair looks almost black. As I read other reviews I wish I had read them before using this product. Not only is the color way too dark but the color is flat. No dimension. Last time! We apologize that Excellence Universal Nudes 5N-Natural Brown looks darker that intended. There are many reasons why haircolor results can come out too dark. The most common reason is due to the hair's porosity, you are left with a result that is much darker than intended. Over time as you shampoo it will become lighter.
