Caused burning and redness

Good
I love the product itself but there are two things I don't care for re this online product info for purchasing this. The numbers should also correspond with a number and vice versa. You only show the numbers on the arms of the models without showing a shade. You should also let us know whether it's for cool, warm, etc. I have to do research on numerous website that are not your own to attempt to figure this mystery out. Loreal, you have great products but please get that together so I don't have to pull teeth re one simple product.
